Would this base support the red sea tank?

a buddy got his red sea peninsula and he wanted higher so we build a base for it using 2x8 wood with 3/4 plywood cover. He wanted wider so the little legs on the tank is not directly sit on top of the 2x8.
Would this be able to support the weight of the tank filled?
The tank is

the red sea 650 peninsula rated 150g i think.

It likely might. The operative word is, might. You have to ask yourself the question, am I willing to gamble. Personally, I would rather spend a few bucks on some additional 2x8's, place them under where the feet are, properly anchored, and be done with the worry. It would be far more costly in money, time heartache, and headache should it fail. HOWEVER, that ply looks more like particle board than ply and that will fail, guaranteed. Marine grade ply or regular ply epoxy coated is the only way to go. IMHO.
