Wound or disease?

So my little occelaris clown has a white spot on his back side, it looks like it could be a disease but what I am thinking is it's a wound from a damselfish that is three times his size. Any thoughts? I'm more so leaning towards wound.

Looks like a wound. Is you water actually cloudy? I know you said salt creep but that pic looks like it was taken in the middle of a glass pane. Odd place for salt creep.

Not salt creep sorry it's from me cleaning and I spilled some of the water in the glass and it dried on the glass.

it could be a infection. Happened with my albino flowerhorn. It died few weeks later.
