Wp 25 troubleshooting advice

So i have a wp25 that was working just fine. Noticed it had stopped running. Pump is nice and clean. I also opened it up and recleaned the center magnet. However still no luck.

The controller is sending a signal. The magnet pulls on the propeller but it does not spin.

Any ideas?! :)

Dis you try soaking the pump in vinegar for a couple of hours? How old is the pump and where did you buy it?

I did mot soak in vinegar but didnt think it would need it since the pump looks brand new. I did clean it out just in case. I got it used. Ran for a solid 3 months before stopping.

Sometimes, even though it's clean looking and stopped, I've read that a vinegar soak did the trick.

If that doesn't help it could be the controller. If you put your hand on the pump can you feel the motor?
