I am no expert. 6-line and dottyback might not go well together. They will fight a lot.

If you are concerned about tank size requirements, follow the tank sizes mentioned on liveaquaria. Wrasses are very active fish and will eventually get stressed out (and die) if they are kept in smaller tanks. I learned this the hard way. Lunar wrasse is a no go in a 55g (unless it is really small, under 4" and you will re-home it later on).

Wrasses are bigtime jumpers. You will need a lid soon. There are so many wrasses, you can keep some fairy wrasses in a 55 and most of them are peaceful. You can read more about them here.

The dottyback was desperate to jump, wasn't it? I have some small gaps on the sides too. I saw someone here closing gaps by supergluing smaller blocks of screen or plexiglass to the main lid.

As far as wrasse suggestions, I do not have any for you other than fairy wrasses are generally peaceful and the resources I shared above.
