I noticed my wrasse has this weird cut on it and sort of looks like it’s healing or maybe just flukes. He is acting normal doesn’t and eats well. I don’t have a QT tank and worried it’s flukes but not sure how is treat.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

It looks like a minor scrape. Unlikely to be flukes. How long have you had the fish though? Yellow wrasse are prone to Uronema when they first arrive, and this kind of looks similar.

I’ve had him about 2 weeks
And it’s had the lesion for most of that time? If so, it’s less likely to be Uronema.
Here is how Uronema works - it is a protozoan that gets inside the fish, we don’t know how, but it happens during the supply chain. Then, the Uronema starts feeding on muscle tissue, in line with the vertical muscle lines called myomeres. Eventually, they eat the muscle tissue and erupt on the skins surface. Death is pretty swift at that point since so much damage has been done.
