In my last two orders from a reputable online dealer I have had this same issue. I just lost an exquisite wrasse tonight and have a bluehead in the same state. I have had them for three days, got them both to eat butboth breath heavy and hide, they do not flash scratch or headshake. The exquisite was looking better this morning and ate so I started my GC treatment for parasites and that was it for him. We shall see how the rest do but this is my second order of wrasse and both ordered have lost fish with the same symptoms.

I’m about to order a couple of fairy wrasses and this go-round, I’m going to start feeding Metroplex/Focus food at the beginning of quarantine. I’ve had problems with internal parasites and think this might be the issue, so I am going to try medicated food.
