Hello. Today i purchased a yellow corrie wrasse from my lfs. I currently have a lunar wrasse in my tank which is a little bit bigger than the one i just bought today and i’ve noticed that wrasse is a little bit aggressive to other fish. I currently have the corris in a large mesh breeder box thing because i’m A- going out of town for a few days i don’t want anything to happen and B- i’m not completely sure if my lunar wrasse will be aggressive at all. I need to start feeding my tank more for sure to hopefully stop aggression but im just looking for suggestions to make sure this new one is safe. I have a 60 gallon tank at the moment.

My first suggestion, remove the lunare wrasse, they are aggressive and won’t tolerate other wrasses too well, especially smaller Halichoeres, Flashers, and Fairies.

I had a large size Lunare Wrasse in a 150 gallon-- great fish. But it was the only Wrasse, and other tank mates were all aggressive fish (such as Tangs and Triggers). I agree that he's probably not going to work in your tank for long.
