Reefcleaners has some of the best prices around for dry rock and you can request specific sizes (bigger/smaller/etc). Buy a 50 lbs. box of dry rock and the other 25-30 lbs. in live rock to seed the dry and you'd be good to go.

Ive got a 50 lb box of MarcoRocks ReefSaver Premium Rock i bought from saltwater aquarium last week. If interested I can send you pics of the rock. I decided to go with life rock and dont need this anymore.
