WXM and MP-10 setup

I'm having a problem in getting my WXM to control my MP-10s. They show up in the outlet list but the pumps are not changing according to my outlet setup. I've gone through the setup manual and have done what it says but I'm missing something. Any helps is greatly appreciated.

Is your Firmware up to date? I've had to restart my Apex completely when I had a similar issue.

Yeah, I've gone through all of the firmware and it's all up to date. I've reset the system and the wxm.

when you switch them to on in fusion are you setting it on auto or on?
