ok iv been looking all over the place hopefully some one here can help but i got an xbox 360 with a network adaptor the other day it just stopped working i get the red light but hte box doesnt pick up that its there any ideas?

you can't get the network to work? test your connection, and make sure you choose a wireless network with the right SSID. it should work fine. Do you have the original wireless adapter or the new dual antenna wireless?

If you have the option i'd just plug it in to the router...way faster than wireless...

not as convenient though. like for me the router is 30ft away and I have to run an Ethernet cable outside just to play. no point.

ya the router is way to far from me, and im using the original i figured out its the usb port isnt picking any thing at all up

I'd try to run it to the front usb ports - may be ugly though lol. I know the kinect came with an adapter that ran the cord to the front since the kinect only worked on the rear usb port. I may have that thing sitting around somewhere... hmm..

na i've had this problem...pull out the cord half way til it gets tight and it should work. my usb's do it all the time when I'm trying to recharge my controllers. Just make sure the red light is on.
