Xenia always closed?

How long have you had it? Mine was like that for about 3 days before it relaxed and started to open up.

Check your ammonia asap. Xenia grow like weeds but aren't necessarily hardy. If they close and shrink up, it's usually an ammonia issue IME.

Ill check when im home, ive had it for 3 days only. Also all my other frags are doing great, such as brain, chalice, hammer, mushroom and zoa and duncan

Also i have a gsp that is closed but they close whenever the hermits go on them

the ammonia was at 0 and levels were fine

How old is your tank? I noticed I couldn’t keep Xenia for the life of me until I hit the 1 year mark on my tank
