I wouldn't add anything you aren't willing to lose into a super new tank. . . but yeah xenia will probably be fine. . .

I added xenia and anthilia after like a month or 2 and they are both doing great.

Get an alkalinity test first. Can stop testing nitrite and ammonia now also. They aren't really needed ever again

Parameters should be in range of the following

Alkalinity ~8.5
Nitrate under 20, never 0 and stable
Phosphate under .1
Magnesium ~1350
Calcium ~420
Ph 8.1+

I used cycled media and microbacter. . . I don't remember most my parameters at the time, sorry, salinity was 1.025 pH was 8.1, sorry that's all I remember.
No worries this helps I'll try adding some xenia and update

Thanks for the info
Once you get into harder coral Nitrate and phosphate get stricter and parameters swings become more serious. Nitrate at 5 and phosphate of .01 seem to be the consensus ideal.

Fan of the softies myself. Don't hesitate with any more questions and good luck!
