Recently my xenia has been a lot skinny, especially the hands. I have had this Xenia quite more than a year now and he doesn't seem to be normal for quite some time. I heard they like dirty water or something like that. My other corals are healthy compare to my xenia. Perhaps this is normal for my xenia, any ideas? Though it doesn't look amazing like the pictures on the internet.

Meant to mention - sometimes soft corals change size/shape based on salinity, etc - have you changed yours recently? (water change, etc)

Looks very normal and identical to mine. Good , not strong flow, moderate light.
Do add occasionally iron and aminos

This might be a blessing in disguise sir.
I’ve spent months eradicating the last of this stuff from my acro tank.

I do know what you’re talking about with the “skinny fingers “
My Xenia used to do it sometimes too. It eventually returned to normal. I wouldn’t worry.

The hands change to adapt to catching food with flow sometimes too.
