Helping my friend. Xr 30 gen 3 pro over 21 inch deep cube. Light is on the rms arm running ab+. With this setup, what is the optimized intensity level to run this program. Currently at 40%. Thanks for any help or expiriences!

Looks a tad bright  I would look at the brs videos on the gen 4 and see what the par is at the various depths and use that as a reference. That's a nice tank with lots of nice corals it may be worth renting a meter for the week.
Best of luck

Rent a PAR meter and map the tank. SPS should be getting 350ish PAR for some solid growth and color but with the coral and rock layout there may be too much light for the lps. You'll have to fine tune it a bit and you wont be able to do that without a PAR meter.

corals can be acclimated to a high as par as you want, granted you do it gradually and over a long period of time. I think the corals look very happy, I would not decrease intensity, if anything I would increase by a few percent every 2 weeks. ime the brighter the light, the brighter the coral colors
