I have some problems recently with my sps frags, they are not growing or very slowly, birdnest coral have some new parts but they look very weak and small, what can cause this problems ? Parameters are stable, maybe lack of flow or lighting? LPS corals looks great.

I have a question, my pyramid butterfly jump out of the tank, I put him back quickly, but he has some wounds on skin and he is hiding but eats some food, question is : is he going to heal quickly or should I remove him and put in QT ? I would like to avoid stressing him more by trying to catch him.
