Banana wrasse, although not sure it's 100% reef safe.

Banana fish, very cool, very safe. Not really yellow though.

I have a pair of Yellow "Coris" Wrasse. They constantly roam the tank together. Very bright and active fish. As a bonus the male gets a very colorful pink and green lines on its head.
