Yellow tang has black micro dots like pepper

Hoya I had the tang for two weeks in my qt tank today I saw the fish flashing and scratching obviously uncontrollable, when I looked closer I found that he has black dots on him like ground pepper very small almost not visible, I have never dealt with black ick has anyone used fluke solve before or can you recommend any other treatment please

May be black ich. Please post pics using white light intensity, No Blue lighting for proper assessment
