Tough question. Today my favorite is a yellow assessor basslet, but tomorrow that might change. :D

I love Plectranthias and the various barnacle blennies. Flaming prawn gobies(Discordipinna griessingeri) would be a favorite if they didn't vanish for months at a time. Blue stripe pipefish(Doryrhamphus excisus) are also interesting to watch, albeit a bit more involved in terms of care.
