I placed an order for frags last week. Prompt follow up e-mail with shipping info.
Received email from UPS stating weather delay and package will be delivered next day. Shortly after receiving that email I got one from Your Reef saying they got the delay notification and to let them know the condition of the order.
The order arrived and bad news. Only 3 out of 9 survived.
They were more than concerned about the delivery. After a few emails they offered to replace the order!!!! I said that I understood it was not their fault and I did not expect them to replace. They insisted! I received a replacement order today!!!
Very pleased with how they do business!! An example all internet retailers should follow!!
