YWG Has white layer

Any help is much appreciated. Got a YWG several weeks ago. Shortly after he got this white velvet stuff on him. No other fish in tank have anything. He eats, swims normally. There is no new growth. All tank parameters are normal.

OP I still think your YWG is going through a sex change, the end result of which it’ll become a mostly brown (with white patches) fish. Sad that it’ll lose the flaky yellow color but at least it’s still a cute fish.
