z5 vs z6 vs z7 vs z8 space saving skimmer

So the difference between the Z5 and the Z6 is "The Z-6 also utilizes a non-controllable DC circulation pump for reduced operating noise and energy consumption". I have a reefer 250 I really think I only need the Z-5 or Z-6. My nutrients have been very well controlled since the initial cycle, my parameters where .1 phosphate and 15 nitrate, and I just started up the Fuge after that. Off course I still have a few fish I'm planning on adding, and some off my fish are pretty small still. I can't imagine i'll need more than the Z5orZ6 but I'm considering getting the Z-7 or Z-8 mostly only because it looks like the Cup is bigger, so less emptying.

Any thoughts on the differences and any opinions from anyone who owns this skimmer?

Always get the larger skimmer if you can fit/afford it. You’ll never need to upgrade later if/when you add more fish or they grow, and you’ll be emptying less frequently.
