Why not?

I love the idea of an octopus in my tank. Maybe a specialized predator tank. I watched videos of some people keeping them as pets (not that I would). Fascinating creatures.

I’d love to get one! Most the species I looked into said they only love a few years (3-4) I can’t justify investing into a perfect set up and buying new octi every few years:(

What types of Octopus? Tell us more about the system. What are you feeding?

I have her in a 55 gallon breeder and she's been happy. I have a protein skimmer and I feed her ghost shrimp, emerald crabs, fiddlers, red Clawed crabs, clams. I've tried fresh shrimp/frozen sometimes she'll take it sometimes she'll throw it. For the most part shes happy except when I turn tne lights on in tne room.
