When they have super long stalks like this, does this mean they want more light? My others on sand bed have been fine. I have tried on a frag rack and seem to stay the same.

Yup, they're reaching for the light! they want to be closer to the light, if they are still doing it while raised up they want to be even closer!

Are those big headed ones "Toxic green"?

Mine did this after the colonies started touching each other. I’ve read that it could be a competition thing amongst them.
