Zoa doesn't look right

Thanks in advance for anyone that can help me ID this zoa and help to determine why some heads look drastically white.

Have had this zoa in my tank for ~10 days and is my first experience owning a zoa. Any help on identification or if anyone has advice for why some of the heads are very white would be greatly appreciated.

Parameters:
Nitrates- 0
Phos- 0 (Been starting to slowly increase dosage of Reef Roids)
Calc- 380
kH- 8
Salinity- 1.025

I know- I've been feeding 2-3 times daily and using Reef Roids- other corals look okay, its just a couple heads on this zoa.
