Can you please tell me at what levels should I keep my water so I can start buying all these kind of beautiful frags. At what percent do you keep your LEDs at? Do you feed them a lot. Do you use lots of alk/Cal and magnsm. And how much? Please advice

Hi manny, I try to keep my levels as stable as possible mag 1300-1500 alk 80-10 cal 400-500. My leds are at 100% always 30 inches from the water surface. I feed my fish every other day.
 
This is from september 12 2012 lolol It wasn't even named and I had a hallucination too bad I had so much stuff I didn't pay attention to It that it flew away. I could've had 200 by now
