I love the black orchids! They were part of my first purchase from wwc. Been meaning to post pics on my thread but don't know how to get good pics like these yet.

The more pictures you take the better they become. Post them now and then 6 months down the line do it again and you'll see how much better you got.

I read the first sentence and thought
.... The more pictures you take, the happier I am.... So yeah, more pictures of your tank!

What an awesome tank with stunning photos! Truly an inspiration for a zoa lover such as myself. I just started my tank a few months ago, and I hope to have such a great collection like yours. Thanks for showing it off!

Awesome.

Wish you were on the Cover Again.

This new issue looks hideous.

More Zoa Covers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zoas don't get the respect they deserve. People don't realize what an amazing accomplishment was to get zoas on the cover of a magazine lol. We will see once i have my new tank up and running and full of zoas how much will people notice.

Why do you say that they do not get respect?

Last I checked Zoanthids were considered the most popular and sought after Coral in the Hobby and stole that title from Chalices.

They are the "It Coral" and the "In Style" Coral right now.

I mean if they didn't get respect why would people pay $2,400 a Polyp for some?

Check all the coral magazines out there. Most articles are about sps, anemones, fish or other coral. I think I've only seen 2 articles about zoas and then the 3 I wrote.

Wait, your tank is not up and running? Did I beat you? ****. Que pasa Porko? Still love those little flowers but for the life of me, I can't keep them happy! Really bothers me. I need some of that special Porko sawce. For those that think zoas are easy, they are wrong. Or maybe I should just stick to SPS :/

It's been up for almost 9 months but i just filled with water sand and threw a bunch of rocks to cycle. Also a fewfish. Is your tank up filled with corals?

mine has been up and running for a few months now. I've got a medium bioload of fish and a few scattered corals and they have been doing well. The stick invitation is happening on Halloween. I've got a few zoa colonies, the only one that looks decent is my utter chaos everything else looks like crap! Unfortunately I've sort of given up on zoas. **** shame because I like the little brown flowers!

You got it! Same for me. Mine is not much to look at now, but soon it will be loaded with colorful frags. Wish I could get more zoas, LOL! There is one corner in my tank that the zoas look OK in. I don't know why, but its the darkest corner!
