Zoa help

Ive had these zoas for about 3 months no matter where i place in the tank they pretty much stay like this ive moved them a few times but i let them be for like a week or so and still no change any suggestions?

I sympathize.... I can't keep them happy for anything. Probably, too much flow and light in my tank. Better advice will hopefully follow this!
