Here's my colony.
That look’s very similar to mine.

Does this look like it’s bleaching. I just noticed now. This is a week difference from the first picture that I posted.

They looks fine keep them there for awhile some of myn have long stalks to and they are healthy if not healthier than the rest of mine

It may be just me but it there are 3 of them in the middle that almost has a neon green color, the stalks are getting thinner and thinning.

You really need them to adjust to where they are. If you want to move them make sure they stay there for a few weeks.

I’m still learning to be patient. Lol! How many weeks should they stay in the middle of the tank before I move them? What do you usually see to decide if you need to move it up pr down?

Most of the time they acclimate to where they are. If there closed after a couple weeks I'll move them around but if there open most of the time then close occasionally I leave them be. By your pics they look like there doing good.
