How come my zoas have 3-4 zoas that look like they are dieing but all the others around them seem fine?

oh,,the joys of zoas..easy beginner corals my butt...
they all have a mind of their own sometimes..
they are looking like "umbrellas",,look on line for the info.. increase flow//lower light sometimes will fix it..
