Zoa Pox?

I saw this on one of my frags and wondered if this was Zoa Pox. I’m talking about the little white thing on the frag. The frag is always open and happy, so I’m hoping that maybe it’s not that.

Looks like sand or glue to me in the pic. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
