Zoa Tongue??

So my zoas have a thing coming out of their mouths whipping around like a tongue or something. Help me identify this please.

I've never fed them. I don't think it's poop. Its not excreting.

Your zoas are pulling stuff out of the water that they eat even if you're not spot feeding them. It's one of two things. The first would be its guts. However, zoa guts look like a ton of tiny wavy white and brown noodles. The only other option is that its pooping, which are those long thin brown strands.
