I recently bought some frags of scrambled eggs and sunny D zoas. The sunny D’s were fully open but now they don’t open at all. Only change in my system is I added a second mp10 but have turned it off an still not opening. I noticed it has some bubble algae and what looks like vermited snails? Any suggestions how how to remove or what I can do for them to open up.

Break off the vert. snail. For Zoa's... I normally do a quick 3 minute dip in hydrogen peroxide to kill off algae. This is a hit or miss method. Some say it killed their zoas, while others say it works wonders.

I tweezered off bubble algae between zoas and then squirted the area with 3% peroxide. The zoas didn’t like it but they were fine after 24 hours. *knock on wood* the bubble algae hasn’t returned

Would peroxide from Walmart be ok? Don't really have a LFS where I live.

Just make sure its 3%. I normally just buy the 3% Hydrogen by Swan at walgreens / Walmart

Yeah I’ve had to dip my zoas in peroxide a few times in the beginning (think bacterial) and they aren’t happy for 1-3 days but it does make them come around. I even cured a frag that had zoapox by popping the pox and then a quick peroxide dip to disinfect.

I think there's something else going on. The bubble algae should not be affecting them opening in my experience. It is a nuisance and should be careful picked off not to break the bubble. I have also had great success with hydrogen peroxide however I don't drink it in. I qtip it on the area and let it fester no more than 60 seconds. I had several diffrent plugs that didnt open mine was an alkalinity issue. Fluctuating to much daily.
