Zombie duncan losing its flesh!!

As you can see the duncan has lots of patchy spots where it has lost its flesh but still is hanging on. It has been like this for months and the flesh does not to seem to grow back. The heads on the left have actually geowin in within the last month and a half maybe but the flesh is missing on part of them as well.

Anyone have any ideas at to what this could be or how to even treat it?

I also have a elegance coral that lost all its tentacles and seems to have receded quite a bit but has been holding on for at least 3 months like this but still has not healed.

Salinity and nitrates seem high, id assume phosphates too, try a large water change and try to get your salinity down to 1.025-1.026

Salinity is at 1.026 I was using the other side of the scale. As for phosphates they are at 0.03 but it took months to get it down to that. Only been maybe 1 month at 0.03

If you dont run carbon, put some in. And maybe give it another few weeks with lower phosphates. Looks like its recovering, just very slowly.
