zoo and tank parameters

i was wondering what is the best tank parameters for zoos and what is the lighting that most use?

Well, here is mine. I can't say they are the best - because I'm not sure if there is such a thing.

150w MH w/ 14k phoenix bulb
Sg: 1.025
Nitrate: 10
Phosphate: 0
Alkalinity: 13
Ph: 8.4 - 8.6
Photo period is from 12:00pm - 10:00pm
2 MaxiJet 2100's for flow in a 37 cube

Im not sure what the best parameters. If you give them good light, good flow and keep your parameters stable they will thrive.
Heres my parameters...

Sg - 1.026
dKH - 11
Ca - 450
Mg - 1300
ph - 8.4-8.6

My lights are 2 - 250watt de 14k phoenix run on icecap ballasts. The tank is mostly zoo's/paly's with a few sps.

here is my parameters


lighting is 6 bulb tek (air cooled bulbs)
nitrate 0
alk 8.4
calcium is 420
phosphates .01 tested with hanna meter
magnesium 1350
s.g. 1.025
ph 8.0 (calcium reactor brings it down some)
