Do you have a seahorse or just enjoy planted tanks? So far I only have 3 macros in my tank, feather calerpa, cheato and dragon's breath.

The tanks are hooked together, Yay!!!!

I put 3 small hermits, macro algae and some corals into the seahorse tank. The diatomous algae has diminished greatly since I connected the tanks. I will check the parameters today but the corals look healthy in both tanks so I expect them to be in range. It will be fun adding some gorgonians, feather duster worms, and branching leathers. The new overflow box is performing flawlessly.

That's how I got hooked, haha! I am really excited about this tank. Its going to be hard holding off on not getting the seahorses right away.

Wow, that would be hard. Most folks feed frozen mysis if they are the big seahorses and supplement with enriched live brine, ghost shrimp and pods. The dwarf seahorses eat enriched bb. I am taking a seahorse 10 lesson corrospondance course that is very informative. Its sort of expected to purchase seahorses from them when you are done but you could inquire. I will look up the name again if you are interested.

WOOHOOO!!!:whoo::clap2: Looks absolutely fantastic Dawn! You have done a wonderful job. I am really liking how the macros look with the aquascape.
Do you have an expected arrival time for the ponies?

Thanks Diamond. I am going out of the country for 9 days, Sept 4th-13th, so I wont be getting my ponies until I get back. I'm just not ready to leave them in someone else's care so soon. I will seed the tank with pods all summer and continue to add macros and corals. Its going to be hard waiting though.
