I watched the video again trying to extrapolate if 5ml waste was exclusive to the calibration fluid. Or if some of the fluid is dumbed into the tank.

After watching it again, it seems that the only thing going into the waste container was recalibration fluid. And if that's the case 2.5ml of each. Which adds up to $0.14 per test??

Does any of this seem incorrect to you guys?

I am not sure about the 2.5ml but if that is the case its great.
The main thing you forgot was the cost of an annual probe change.

Thanks for the link! I would've loved to read that rather than watch the video again... hehe. So then, is it safe to say that one of the calibration fluids is being refused into the tank?
How much waste water is produced per test?
  • 15ml in total (5ml water sample, 5ml Reference A and 5ml Reference B fluids)
