If you can, try to put your lights much more to the white spectrum, clams shine under white light, no need for blue lights with a filterHappy with the growth and recovery of my Crocea clam - Not the best photo in the world, but I have a particularly hard time photographing this clam, but this is the best one I've managed to take so far - the pink looking spots are blue as well, I think my orange filter just pulled too much color out of them in the finished picture.
