My rodi unit cracked

I was trying to tighten the pressure gauge and I over tightened and it cracked.. anyone know how I could fix this? Duct tape??

You can likely frankenstien something together even if your unit is built by a different OEM.

its not a brs unit, the pressure gauge was attached into the membrane capsule. I cracked the membrane capsule
You don't have to have the gauge threaded into the RO Membrane Housing (capsule). Just T off.

Also, rule of thumb, you always want to avoid threading metal onto plastic FIP. They always crack.

You don't have to have the gauge threaded into the RO Membrane Housing (capsule). Just T off.

Also, rule of thumb, you always want to avoid threading metal onto plastic FIP. They always crack.

+1 looks like you can remove that plastic that houses the double membrane unit and just replace the one with the pressure gauge. best of luck.
If I get a new capsule w/o hole for pressure gauge, would that be okay and just get a brs gauge? If so, does the gauge go in waste or pure line?
