To that end:
Seeing that you are our resident physics guru and I am too dumb to understand, can you explain "stronger" because that concept is somewhat nebulous to me.
Are we talking about tensile strength, sheer strength, modulus of elasticity, density, flexural rigidity, Mohs hardness, Poisson ratio?
Don't attempt to answer that please, the question is entirely rhetorical. It doesn't matter because it was not the topic of discussion.
