Alrighty friends! I will get a winner chosen here shortly.
Lets get another game going first though!!

This game is going to run until 2:45Pm pst where we will be starting a game every hour.
Rules for this game:
Post a photo of your favorite invert. I know there are some really crazy and abstract creatures out there that may not be suitable for a reef tank environment or may get too large to house. Lets see what those dream inverts look like!
We have a limit of 5 entries. Each picture counts as an entry. See you all at 3pm pst!

I have a packed rs250 mixed reef with a high demand on calcium and alk. I also feed heavy and suck at swapping out socks and floss, hence the reefmat. The skimmer I run with a co2 scrubber, which keeps my pH above 8.3. My reef also requires more than kalk alone, so I'm dosing 2 part to keep the parameters where I like them. To help prevent precipitation, I'm running a powerhead directly under the dosing lines which has help a lot! Finally, I keep the controller probes in the weir, which really keeps a good waterflow across them providing solid readings.

Also have seen a lot of news stories on theses, and I think they are very cool looking. Definitely not suitable for a home tank.

Edit: forgot to attach photo. See attached photo of blue dragon.

I’ve always wanted one, but I’d have to set up a dedicated tank. The better half wouldn’t be too happy though.
