Hello

Any ideas what could be and if they are a good or bad thing?. I found them in my sump when the light (white) is off.
I believe they hide from light under the rocks, but I may be wrong becasue I found them while searching for a rock to attach a small coral.

-Transparent Tentacles.
-Attaching base is orange (mouth glows under blue light)
-Small (1/2inch).
-Tips will glow a perfect green ring (under blue light), not the entire round tip, just a section drawing a ring.
-I dont have anemonies in my tank.

I live in Florida, from time to time I pour 1/4 of ocean water into my tank to bring biological diversity, this could be a local anemone but nothing I can find with google...

Thank you!

UPDATE: They just ate a small bristleworm that was half alive...
The small anemone didnt let the worm go.
I wont remove them, if they eat bristleworms then they are welcome to stay in the sump..
