Tip for taking pictures under blue LEDs with Galaxy S4

Hey yall,
I am by no means a photographer but I was trying out various conditions on my Galaxy S4 to get better photos under pure blue LEDs.
What I found is by keeping all the setting on auto and default and turning the flash off and iso to 100 you can get better pictures.

Here is another one with the flash...you can see the blue Tubs really show off under bright artificial warm light:
