I have had my trident for a week now and the waste cup is full. I dumped it out and when I go to the app it says - waste full no test in 24 hours. How do I resume the testing?

Thanks

Are you using the task function when you empty the waste container? What size of container have you sat your apex up with?

I just reset it through the task function. Thanks

My waste container is only 400ml. I am going to get a gallon jug today for it.

Also does the trident have to test 4 times a day? That seems like a lot and I will have to change the reagents out more often.

How much tank wanted does it use when testing?

There is a way to write a new code so it only tests 1 time a day.. there’s a thread around here about it if you’re handy like that! I just buy abc reagents since there much cheaper and let it do its thing. It’s like $46 or something for a 6 month supply.

Like a charm lol… everybody I know uses it including myself for the last year.
Do you just refill the reagent bottles from Neptune to make it fit in the Trident? :)

Yep just use your old Neptune bottles. Can be hard to get sometimes as they sell out and don’t deliver everywhere. I have a heck of a time getting things up here in Alaska idk if it’s better or worse than the UK.

I will definetly give it a go! :)

As for calibration, what do you do? I have a good stash of the Apex calibration liquids, I assume I can just use that?

So this place makes the same exact reagents for a great deal? Almost sounds too good to be true!
