...looking at your ICP test results, I would say that the metals in your water are the issue. Corals and other inverts don’t like copper or aluminum, and you have elevated levels of both.

...the bleach route and take it slow. You will have to dump bleach into the tank and let it sit with circulation. Then after 24 to 48 hours, and if you feel it will take longer do so, drain it and let it air dry. The air drying is where the sterilization occurs.

What would cause PH to slowly rise gradually? I've changed nothing in the system recently that I can think of. At what level of PH becomes concerning?
Movie worked for me. Exactly as said, lying on side on sand with very rapid breathing. I'm no expert so I don't want to give bad advice. A freshwater dip may clear any build up on the gills. Hopefully some others chime in.
