Usage for hash tag: reefsquad

I always like to be prepared when buying anything alive, and to know their name and how to care for them. But is it ok to buy small frags that you have no clue what they are? Is all care similar? I was just at my LFS, and they had a section of $10 frags, some of which looked great! #reefsquad

Any suggestions on good snails, or other fish/invertebrates? #reefsquad

...sex them? Are they like clowns, where one will change into the female? I really want to get two that will eventually end up a mated pair. #reefsquad and @fishguy242 you seem to know a lot of random reef facts, do you know about banggai's? WELL, here is the silver lining to my issues with my tank. It is also the reason I am posting as many post as I can. Anyone can have issues with their tank. Whether its a new build, in my case, or established tanks. That is what R2R is about, to help other reefers. It just goes to show you...

How long have you had the coral beauty? Are any other fish showing similar signs? Any other recent additions to the tank? A picture might be beneficial as well. Let's see if others have opinions..... #reefsquad , @Jay Hemdal

Could that be a sponge or tunicate? Let's get more eyes on this.... #reefsquad @KJ

...reason, coralline refuses to grow on my rocks, but doesn't seem to have an issue anywhere else, including the glass, the pumps, etc. The rocks are Marcorocks from BRS. The black stuff doesn't appear to encrust or connect together to form a "covering". Maybe #reefsquad have seen this before?

...will steal their food before they can eat. They also can't handle powerful currents from powerheads. What I'm saying is that it's best to house seahorses by themselves. But that said, let's see if we can get some others who know more about keeping seahorses.... @SeahorseKeeper ...

#reefsquad Temp system ready to go. Sump is done. Plumbed, added the older UV to thus system. Just waiting on few neptune extensions for pmup. Going to cycle my new rock down in this system for 5-6 weeks. Then start transferring display slowly into it. Miracles is still booked for May 25th...
