Please state your experiences with reef2reef, this site has helped me and most deff alot of reefers out when in need. Not only that but it distracts me from what im doing on the daily. :P yes that means not spending time with my girlfriend and spending time talking to you NOOB's :) this site has taught me allot and still learning on the daily of new things to do cause of every ones posts. REV has made one of the best sites on the U.S and im very great-full to be a part of it. i am on this site at least 14 hours a day lol. if not just scrolling around looking at peoples things and pictures and Most of ALL getting to see all the goodies and POSTING ALL OF MY GOODIES for your eyes to see and face to melt lol. even when i have work at 5-6am im on till 1-2am like im doing right now i have work at 6am but i dont care LOL. its so weird but i think REV has made something truly special for all of us to truly enjoy.

First, the site is awsome and have yet to meet someone how is rude. I learn tons evey day from this site and I hope that I have returned the favor. I only spend 1-2 hours a day on the sight. I attribute the addictive nature of the site to gould people sharing a common interest/knowledge of the hobby. I would some just like to show off their new toys to someone who might appreciate them. I would like to see a better sponser review thread, perhaps towards the top of the home page. This would put peoples experinces at the front for every one to read. The good venders would get postive press and the not so good, well a chance to fix their problems. I could spew ideas for hours, but won't. Bottom line great forum

R2R is like my apex can't do without it and it's always there great people and great vendors the best place to be once your in this hobby.

BIG Up To Rev.

Hope there is a ton of replies when i get back from work tomorrow. im going to sleep now. got work in 3.5 hours.. see i get no sleep with this dang site lol! love it tho. my body hates me tho!

GN all!

Wow, so many great things about R2R. I've learned soooo much from everyone on this forum. 90% of the time, if I'm goin on the internet, it's only to visit this forum to view different topics and looks at others' beautiful pictures. I truly feel like everyone on this sight is responsible for my success in my reef tank. Seriously, if it wasn't for R2R and all you members, I just don't know if I could partake in this hobby. I thank everyone for your responses and insight, without you it wouldn't be possible.

Even tho, I'm just now starting a tank of my own, I spend at least 4 hours a day on this site...learning how to do things the right way, looking at pictures of the beautiful fish and corals, and hoping my tank looks as awesome as y'all's when it's up and completely running. I've never met or seen anyone be mean or rude on here, in fact, sometimes this forum is better than family :) Rev has done a fantastic job of running and promoting this site, a simple google search on reef aquariums pops R2R as one of the top hits consistently, it's how I got on here...I may be new, but honestly I can't think of any other forum to get my hands wet with and start this tank, when I have questions, most times I can just search the forum and find the answers I need, if I can't find it, I know someone around here can answer me and the rest of the group :) anyway, thank you Rev for this amazing site, and thank you, to everyone on this site for being so welcoming :)

people (NICE OR NOT)?

This is a cool forum but sometimes feel that foreigners are not welcome here but there's a handful of nice people here which keeps me coming back...

This an awesome site!! I'm on everyday for hours throughout the day ! And I've learned so much from here! Since I've joined, the advice received has haloed my tank evolve to the best it's been and best I've had ! And I continue to learn and try new things , thanks rev. And thanks. R&G

- How the site works?
I think the website works great! I think that everything is well organized and well placed on the website for easy navigation.

- User friendly?
I have never had any problems finding anything on this website. It seems like it has a better structure than some other forms.
- People?
Any interaction I have had with other members on this forum have all been positive ones. It seems to me that whenever I have had a problem posted others are quick to answer to get me back on my feet again.
- Have you learned anything?
I have learned just about everything I know from R2R! If it wasn't for R2R there is no doubt in my mind I would have lost so much money from mistakes and noobness.
- Why do you like reef2reef?
DUH! Who couldn't?
- What makes this site so addicting?
I'm going to have to say the unlimited plethora of knowledge and the fun outgoing people (a quality I think most reefers have). Its kinda like a giant family that are constantly joking and carrying on with one another.
- have you ever gotten in trouble at work for being on reef2reef and not working?!
Not yet but it is bound to happen :tape2:
- How did you hear about reef2reef?
Google Search "Reefing Forums" when I was first starting out in the hobby.
- How many hours a day do you spend on reef2reef?
Depends on the day of the week but on average I would say maybe around 4-5 hours. (I'm not addicted, I can quit whenever I want )
- Has reef2reef made you a better reefer? (HOW AND WHY?)
Absolutely, like I stated above if it wasn't for R2R I would not be as knowledgeable as I am now about the hobby. This forum has everything from curing dry rock to the best way to fry up your clown fish for dinner after it passes (personally, I wouldn't try it).
- Any bad experiences?
So far, none that I can think of. I am sure that someday I will have some though. When you put a bunch of people together your bound to run into some kind of drama.
- If you had one good thing to say about reef to reef What would it be?
Prodigious: pro·di·gious - wonderful or marvelous
- What would you do if reef2reef were to shut down?!
Give up on reefing! Just Kidding, I could never do that! Although it would make me very upset if R2R shut down I would regrettably try and find another reefing forum to get information on but without a doubt no other forum could ever replace R2R!

Looking forward to seeing more and more of you post on here, yes and would like to see the big dogs in the hobby swell post! I'm so greatful for this site. I don't even really go on Facebook anymore cause I've feel like I've been taken into a very well tight knitted bonded reefing family. Thank you all for your helping to me and gave me awesome experiences threw my reef2reef stay and more to come .

I am seriously addicted to both the hobby and this forum XD if it were to shut down I wouldn't know what to do with myself! I'm constantly checking on my subscribed threads/etc thanks to my smartphone, and when it shuts down for maintenance or whatever it can be maddening. I'll admit I have too much time on my hands, but this is a great place to spend it! I love learning, and I'm enjoying socializing (as much as possible) with so many good people who share my interest. I love getting to show off my tank and being able to ask fir specific info and help when there's an issue! I'm incredibly thankful to all the people who have helped me, and I try to help where I can too. I also enjoy the great sponsor deals and giveaways, which was one of the things that attracted me to R2R in the first place - other than the fact that my internet search results kept bringing me here!

I'm glad I joined, and I'll be here for as long as I'm physically able. ♡

no one loves this forum.? come on people there's a ton of view and not enough comments. You dont have to answer all of my questions just in your own opinion how do you like R2R

I am an addict to this forum. There is tons of great info, people, and combined experience. Sometimes when I hit a wall, it's very easy to get the info I need and inspiration to keep going. This hobby has tremendous ups and downs at times. I've seen awe inspiring reefs drop to nothing overnight, which is not an easy thing to deal with. But the people here are always willing to help. Sponsors included. I think that speaks a lot of what type of community R2R is.. Hopefully this will continue for many years to come.

Here are a few reasons I like it here:
The people are friendly.
