I have bought several rounds of CUC members. Every 6 months I order some snails to beef it up when I place an order for fish or corals.

Update time!! So, I learned a very valuable lesson. Every tank should have some type of top. I lost my fuzzy dwarf lionfish about a month ago due to jumping. I felt soooo guilty because I had trained it to eat frozen a little too well. It would come to the top of the tank and "beg" for food. I guess after I fed the tank that night and went to bed, that the fuzzy leaped out of the tank in anticipation of more food. :(

Other than that, the tank has been doing OK. I had some issues with my one frogspawn and some of chalices receded for no apparent reason. I think the chalices were the victim of a coral sting from a cujo coral that I acquired. That coral has been isolated to the island of "unwanted freebies". I figure there the corals can battle it out.

I don't know if I like mine after a month they picked my rock clean and left the sandbed a mess. The rock is so clean my angel has nothing to pick at.

Update time!!! I decided to rehome my fuzzy dwarf lionfish. The reason for this is that I wanted to go in a different decision with my stocking. I wanted to have more peaceful fish with more movement.

Thanks Brett!! I love the mystery wrasse. It has been a great addition to my tank and has settled in nicely. I was somewhat nervous about ordering it, but it has been doing great. Sometimes I think it thinks it is a clown fish. It hangs out with them all the time.

Long overdue update!! :)

There have been some changes to my tank. About two weeks ago, I relocated the tank to my new home. The move took a few nerve racking hours since I was moving two tanks. I was VERY fortunate to only lose one critter due to the move. I lost a peppermint shrimp which wasn't a big loss since the shrimp was mean. In order to make the move easier, I setup a tank at the new house. It is still a 55. I also replaced the sand bed. I did this because my old sand bed was well old and I didn't want to risk a cycle. I also used most of the existing water.

Nice tank man I am actually about to tear down my freshwater 55 and make it a reef to upgrade from my 29 gallon mixed reef. How do you like those lights?
