100 gallon reef tank

Fairly new to reefing. Had a 55gal reef tank for 10 months and never had a single outbreak of anything. Woke up one morning and the glass had cracked. Now have a 100 gal tank and just finished setting it up. Found some live rock where I live and have been cycling my tank for a few days now...

So! I just ordered the I'm 100g ext after I'm had their summer sale. I'm upgrading from a 40g and was wondering. What's some things you wished you had done with the tank before it was filled and stocked? Basically just trying to pick brains for ideas takey life easier once I'm up and running

I have been wavering for months on whether this build warrants a R2R build thread but after pulling the trigger over the weekend on a pneumatically actuated salt doser setup for my mixing station, I knew that exchanging ideas and advice related to this project would be highly valuable for myself...
