#coral help

I got this coral from a friend getting out of the hobby and I’m pretty newish. I’m just trying to ID so I can make sure it gets the best care! Thank you in advance and if you have any pointers on placement, light and flow?

Last week I removed my bubble coral from the rock it was on because it was being overgrown by GSP. I used a pocketknife and shaved off the GSP skin that went all way up the side and to the top of bubble coral skeleton. I remounted the bubble coral on a different rock and put back in same spot...

These small white hairs have appeared on one of my zoa frags and I can’t seem to correctly identify what they are. Can someone tell me what these white hairs are? I was also wondering what type of dip i should use to remove these hairs? Thanks!
