How do I top off in sumpless system, do I just dump it in the tank?

So this week I have use up around 8gallons for top off using rodi water and has brought my salinity down from a 1.025 to 1.023 and DKH from 8.0 to 7.4 what may be the problem?

I have a good on my main display so I rarely need to top it off but for my quarantine it’s a different story. Does TDS matter for topping off a quarantine because I have an RO filter for drinking? It’s around 50-80 TDS.

My salinity is rising slowly rising and I don’t have an RODI system. I do have an RO system that I drink from but I was told that RODI is better for the fish. Any ideas what water I could use to top off my tank? (my RO has a TDS of <30).
